NEW PIZZA NO.3 IN COLLABORATION with Chef Nikos Karathanos

The new No. 3 was created exclusively for us in collaboration with Chef Nikos Karathanos of The Real Greek, the youngest Greek chef to be awarded two Michelin stars.

Nikos has carefully selected the halloumi, hand-made in Cyprus by Louis Loizou, to ensure the best possible flavour. Unlike most halloumi producers, who use a blend of different milks, this organic halloumi is crafted using 100% goat’s milk.

The thinly sliced halloumi makes the perfect finish to the fresh summery flavours of this pizza and a first for Franco Manca.

 

Try the new no.3, traditional halloumi cheese, roasted courgettes, mozzarella & marinated baby plum tomatoes with mint (light tomato base).
