Franco loves applications from all, and we have a policy of treating every application fairly and without discrimination. Our teams work together to make our restaurants a success, including sharing tips through a Tronc scheme, from which Franco takes no deductions.

Franco teams are full of character and personality, passionate about what they do and taking pride in how they do it. We believe that if we’re a fun place to work, our customers will have fun too. Experience isn’t necessary for most of our jobs, it’s all about having the right attitude.
WE LOVE OUR FOOD
We’re proud to be sourdough pizza pioneers, and equally proud of our Italian heritage, from the 15th century crescito starter we use in our sourdough, to our Spanish chorizo and our English meats. We are looking for people who love their fresh seasonal food as much as we do.
WE KEEP IT MOVING
We love to develop our people, and we offer all our teams fantastic training throughout your career. Many of our Restaurant Managers started on the floor, and most of our Head Chefs started as a Kitchen Porter or a Junior Pizzaiolo. We offer everybody a Career Pathway to develop you to the next level with bespoke training. Our Managers undergo up to eight weeks dedicated training in our MIT programme, with ongoing compliance and development training throughout your career.
