    Attitude over experience. At Franco Manca, unique perspectives are the preference. We believe diversity is a strength, and that’s why you don’t need to have experience to be successful in most of our jobs. We hire good people. And the food follows.

    We celebrate our Italian heritage, from the 15th century natural yeast we use in our sourdough, to our traditional Neapolitan recipes. We take food seriously — and we are looking for people who love fresh and seasonal food as much as we do. And sharing it, too.

    Less talk, more action. It’s one thing to say you’re the sourdough pizza pioneers, and another to prove it. We don’t mind a bit of theatre – that’s why we have pizzerias in open view — so our customers see our passion for Neapolitan flavour before they taste it.
