Does Franco Manca take bookings?
Due to current circumstances there are some changes at our pizzeria. We have always followed the old-fashioned approach operating a pizzeria. You can simply turn up to any pizzeria and we will find you a table as soon as we can. Sometimes there is a queue, but they move fast.
The good news is you can still just turn up. However upon arrival, or within 500m of our pizzeria you must remotely add yourself to our VIRTUAL QUEUE. You can do this when you are within 500m OR scan the QR CODE on the door with your phone camera when you arrive.
Our team will be on hand to help you. This will allow our customers to wait safely and socially distanced away from the entrance of the restaurant until a table is available. You cannot pre-book a table by calling a pizzeria.
How does your Virtual Queue work?
Once you join the queue (limited to 6 people), we will send you an SMS around 5 minutes before your table is ready. You cannot pre-book a slot, you can only join within 500m or at the pizzeria. You can leave the queue at any time. If you do not have a phone please speak to a team member who can still add you to the queue.
Why do you need my mobile number to join the Virtual Queue?
We will update you via SMS about your table so you don’t have to wait right outside and store your number only for contact and trace purposes as per the government requirements relating to Covid 19.
