A pizza made for the season

We like to cook with the seasons. Figs are one of those ingredients that mark the end of summer — soft, naturally sweet, and full of flavour. Paired with prosciutto, they give a perfect balance of sweet and salty. The goat’s cheese adds richness and the balsamic glaze ties it all together. A drizzle of hot honey brings a gentle heat that lingers just enough to make you want another bite.

Nothing fancy, no long list of toppings. Just a few good ingredients, put together in the right way, and served on our signature sourdough base.

This pizza is available now, but only until 14th October. After that, the figs are out of season, and so is this recipe.

You can enjoy it three ways:

  • In our restaurants – hot from the oven, with a glass of wine or a cold beer.

  • Click & collect – order ahead and pick it up when it suits you.

  • Delivery – if you’d rather stay in, we’ll bring it to your door.
