5. Do you do a gluten free pizza?
I’m afraid that we don’t.
We have tried and are still trying to develop our own recipe but have yet to create anything that we’re happy with/ proud of. Also, as an authentic pizzeria our preparation and cooking practices bring about some additional challenges.
4. Do you run pizza making classes?
YES! We hold a master class on the second Monday of every month in Chiswick and the second Tuesday of every month in Brighton Marina. The class lasts approximately 2 ½ hours from 4.30 pm and costs £20.00 (inc VAT). 3. Do you do take-away?
There are 3 ways you can do this…
Modern (for us)… choose your local & click on the order link, order, pay…go and collect
Less modern…phone your local, place the order, go in, pay and take out
Really old fashioned…go to your local, place your order, wait and leave as it comes straight out the oven

1. Do you take bookings?
With the exception of our pizzerias in Chiswick, Ealing, Stoke Newington, Richmond & Belsize Park (who hold back a few tables for reservation) no we don’t; it’s simply first come, first served.
If on arrival you find there’s a queue, don’t worry as you shouldn’t need to wait too long.
