5. Do you do a gluten free pizza?
I’m afraid that we don’t.
We have tried and are still trying to develop our own recipe but have yet to create anything that we’re happy with/ proud of. Also, as an authentic pizzeria our preparation and cooking practices bring about some additional challenges.
4. Do you run pizza making classes?
YES! We hold a master class on the second Monday of every month in Chiswick, the second Tuesday of every month in Brighton Marina, and the first and third Tuesday of every month in Richmond. The class lasts approximately 2 ½ hours and costs £30.00 (inc VAT). 3. Do you do take-away?
There are 3 ways you can do this…
Modern (for us)… choose your local & click on the order link, order, pay…go and collect
Less modern…phone your local, place the order, go in, pay and take out
Really old fashioned…go to your local, place your order, wait and leave as it comes straight out the oven

1. Do you take bookings?
We’ve always run a first come, first serve policy. If on arrival you find there’s a queue, don’t worry as you shouldn’t need to wait too long.
We do have some exceptions to our booking policy for large groups at some pizzerias and are now holding back a few tables for reservation. Please visit your local pizzeria page to find out more.
