Franco Manca X Aaron Potter
This summer, we're celebrating seasonal ingredients at their best with a very special collab.
From 22nd July until the end of August, we've teamed up with Aaron Potter, chef-owner of acclaimed London restaurant Wildflowers (recently voted top 30 restaurant in the UK) to create a limited-edition pizza.
Aaron Potter has built a reputation as one of Britain’s most exciting chefs. After leading kitchens at Michelin-starred restaurants, he opened Wildflowers in 2024.
His approach to cooking is one we admire: simple, ingredient-let food that celebrates the seasons and lets great produce do the talking. And of course, Aaron is a true Franco fan, a regular right from our beginnings in Brixton market.
A Pizza Inspired by Summer
Summer in Bloom starts with our signature slow-risen sourdough base.
On top you’ll find:
- Crispy coppa
- Juicy peach
- Gorgonzola
- Truffle honey
A little bit sweet. A little bit salty. And a lot of Summer in Bloom.
Don’t Forget the Dip
Alongside the pizza, we’re also launching a truffle honey and gorgonzola dip.
Rich, creamy and packed with flavour. It’s the perfect accompaniment to your crusts.

The pizza will be available from 22nd July until the end of August in Franco Manca pizzerias across England and Wales, as well as on click & collect and delivery.
