Meet La Scozzese – our new Scottish-inspired pizza, created exclusively for our restaurants in Scotland.

Our team had one mission: to create the ultimate Scottish pizza by bringing together the heart of Scotland and the soul of Italy. After plenty of taste testing with local customers, there was one clear winner.

Made with Macsween Haggis, potatoes, mozzarella, mature Cheddar, creamy béchamel, garlic and finished with fragrant sage butter, La Scozzese is rich, comforting and packed with flavour. Every ingredient has been carefully chosen to celebrate Scotland’s food heritage while staying true to Franco Manca’s simple, honest approach to pizza.

We’re proud to use Macsween Haggis, Scotland’s iconic third-generation family producer, whose award-winning haggis takes centre stage on this special pizza.
