Wild garlic pesto
In spring you should be able to find plenty of garlic growing in the wild. However, it is also possible to cultivate some in a shady corner of your garden. The pesto is a wonderful way to enjoy.
Prep your station
Blend everything together, starting with the garlic and wild garlic greens and finishing with the cheese and the oil – either in a pestle and mortar or in a blender.
