Pizza and Poetry this Easter Holidays
This spring, we’re celebrating the National Year of Reading 2026, with poetry and pizza! We’ve teamed up with the brilliant children’s author Simon Mole, creator of Poetry Pizza, for a series of fun, family-friendly events where creativity meets seriously good pizza.
Come along to our relaxed reading sessions where kids can meet Simon, hear his poems out loud (the way they’re meant to be), and have a go at writing their own. No pressure, no rules – just imagination, a few laughs, and maybe a bit of tomato sauce on your sleeve.
Event dates:
- 1st April – Richmond, 12pm
- 1st April – Westbourne Grove, 4pm
- 2nd April – Bath, 12pm
- 2nd April – Bristol, 4pm
Each session includes a live reading, book signing, and easy, playful poem-writing for kids. Simon will also be available to sign books.
Across all our pizzerias, we’ll also be rolling out a special limited edition Poetry Pizza menu – think games to spark ideas, rhymes to finish at the table, and colouring sheets for little artists (and big ones too, we won’t judge).
It’s all about good food, good stories, and sharing a moment together—Italian-style.
Spaces are limited, so grab your spot and join us.
