Say hello to the new no.10 from Francesco Mazzei!
We are so excited to welcome this delicious (and stunning) new pizza to our menu: Prosciutto Parmacotto, smoked burrata, lightly spiced yellow tomato base, mozzarella, fresh basil & black pepper.
Created for us by chef Francesco Mazzei, it has a beautifully balanced range of flavours and textures and is delicate yet punchy at the same time. We’re pretty sure that it’s going to knock your socks off.
As always, we pride ourselves on using only the highest quality ingredients across our menu, and this pizza is no exception. We’ve selected Parmacotto cooked ham, made in Italy from prime cuts of pork with natural seasoning. It goes through a slow cooking process which preserves the delicate flavour of the meat as well as helping to retain its nutritional properties. The result is a soft, sweet, velvety ham which is rich in flavour. Buonissimo!
