Enzo Coccia’s No.7 Pizza

Pizza genius Enzo Coccia is the latest guest chef to create a new Franco Manca No.7 pizza.
This year Franco Manca and Ferrarelle water are inviting some of Italy’s most exciting chefs to create a series of guest No.7 pizzas. Each one is based on their regional Italian heritage. Enzo’s No.7 is the second in the series.
Inspired by the food of Naples and the Campania region of Italy. It stars a classic Campania ingredient, ‘peperoncino dolce friariello’ (sweet green peppers). The pizza also features mozzarella from Somerset, San Marzano tomatoes D.O.P., Franco and Cantarelli Grana cheese and Gloucester old spot sausage.
Enzo is a master pizza chef, known for his La Notizia Pizzaria restaurant in Naples – the first pizza restaurant to be recognised by the Michelin Guide. Now, for a short time only, pizza devotees can try his food in the UK. Just ask for the No.7 next time you visit your local Franco Manca.
Ferrarelle Water contains 100% natural bubbles as a result of a 30 year journey through the volcanic rocks of Roccamonfina park in Southern Italy. They are also the founders of the Academia Ferrarelle, a place where great chefs and gastronomists come together to share knowledge, skills and food.
